I wondered what wifi i have 2.4GHz or 5GHz?

Because I can't connect video doorbell

Please read below on how to seperate wifi bands so both 2.4 and 5ghz show seperately on the black hubs or how to temporarily disable 5ghz on the white sky max hub

@Dagmara87 You may also have to drop back the WPA mode via the app also if you are having connection issue as well as the temp 5Ghz recommended by the link!

 

Now you picture is cleared for viewing try to get the hub away from your smartmeter transmitter that it is sitting on also.

Read the bottom bit of the link regarding disabling the 5ghz temporarily to allow the 2.4ghz devices to connect .  Also note @JimM1 post about lowering the wifi security to wpa2

I see that near my wifi sky is 5g.  What i can do to have 2.4ghz a d 5ghz

@Dagmara87 The hub is transmitting with BOTH the 2.4Ghz and the 5Ghz signals and the both have the same name.... You need to use the app that you have connect to the sky hub get to the correct page and switch off the 5Ghz signal to allow the 2.4Ghz device to connect, once you get it connected then turn the 5Ghz back on....
