Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ghoblin& @Marina1968 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, been searching to see if theres any reports but heard nothing, I like issues that can be resolved without me having to lift a finger personally 😅

Yeah I've done it a few times and no fault have been found unfortunately 😒

Well then it seems it's not an issue specific to our set ups so I hope Sky are aware of this or become aware of the issue soon!

Ours has been dripping in and out around every 15 mins. Ran the test on the Sky site & it said all was fine; clearly it's not! Still out now ...

I've just turned it's all off and unplugged all cables. Seems to have worked.

Mine has been better since making this thread tbh, I aint done anything it just seems to have sorted itself out, at least for now. Hopefully I dont have to resort to going near the router as its behind my sofa and not too long ago I saw a spider the size of a human child behind there, it was so big I could see its face clearly from over a metre away, I could see his cheek bones and dripping fangs...

i contacted sky and they won't send out a engineer. phone line and internet both not working. where i live it seems to be a common issue where the box with all the wires that is underground gets full of water and ruins the cables but no engineer coming out 😕

Been happening for a couple of days on and off, doesn't disconnect but I'm supposed to have 70MPS. Currently as I'm writing this, Sky's speed test is reading at 2.6MPS. Their diagnostic check says everything is OK however, which is frustrating. My contract was up couple of months ago so that might be a fortunate thing.

Same here nothing worse when you have teenage gamers n the wifi keeps dropping I got two green and two orange lights , run test via sky app says no issue in area no issue with box then what the issue 😂🫣 time to change as I'm sick of this now at least 10 times a month this is happening
