My broadband is due to start tomorrow and be fitted. All I have received is the initial email to say the order had gone through. I realised today I have not received the hub and when I logged onto my account to check for updates it will not show anything on the order page and keeps crashing... will an engineer even turn up and what happens if they do turn up to realise no hub has been delivered?

@Jake284 We are customers like yourself and you are not talking to sky, If your order has went through then there is always the posibility that it will happen, if it was a remote setup then you are in trouble, if it is/was an engineer required install, the installer may have a router in his van. Best advice would be to call sky tomorrow and have the agent advise to the status of your order since you cannot see it online.
