Internet goes down every night after 11pm

Since we upgraded to Sky Glass (we had Sky Q before) the internet always drops out after 11pm. It's becoming a joke now as it's frustrating when your half way through watching something you have to keep coming in and out! The router was never changed when we upgraded. We have Super fast broadband as my partner is a gamer. You do the checks and it always says that there isn't an issue. When clearly there is! Advice please.

I seem to have the same issue around 0100 and 0200 .Just when I get in from work it's fine to start with then it's down .frustrating as it's my way of winding down. But it's becoming a regular thing especially as I have glass and there is no back up at all .what are we paying for and no compensation!!
