Internet down

All weekend my internet and WiFi has been glitching every 1-5 minutes making it impossible to use. I just upgraded my Sky box in order to get a better service than you gave me before however it's worse! 

You promised a Sky engineer would come to my house to sort it out but nobody came. 

Please send somebody to resolve this ASAP as I have already tried all your troubleshooting
