TV freezes and apps (prime doesn’t connect sometimes)
I've had issues with all pucks where the tv freezes or there is no connection.
on average it's about 10 times a week!
I got a message saying a engineer could come out to ensure everything was ok, however I was concerned it was a scam when they asked for access to my account!

@PBradders You need to call sky, the Forum is just not sky Customer Service!
