I am in Burgess hill to, run all the checks test you can at home, no joy, can not run checker as says not available, tried ringing Sky just get the run around to same checkers, there must be an issue, not happy sky does not seem to be sorting this issue out, or giving info out, also mad you can not get hold of a person to talk to.

Just rung the no. given in an earlier post.  Engineer booked for 14 Aug (!) but hoping as so many affected in Burgess Hill they're gonna realise it's a wider issue and it's sorted before.

Did tell the guy in the phone that lots of people on the Sky Comm chat were from the same town reporting the same problem and he said he's escalated that.

Will get a 10 day refund in my Sep bill, so it's worth ringing and registering your issue, just for that!

Hi there yes same with us to this morning ! Keep trying to run tests and sky say they are not available either !!!! So frustrating ! Crap service cant even find help to talk to someone on whatts app  or anything . The " help " page just keeps loading !!! Any suggestions please ? Donthry have something down in sky ? It says no but ??

Yes same here , sussex based must be fault with them ! Why dint they send you and email or text to let us know !!!

In Burgess Hill as well, no internet since last night. Rebooted and run multiple broadband checks but get the same error as people have posted above. Sky broadband status is lying saying there isn't an issue when there obviously is.

Same here burgess hill too orange light tried every thing. Spoke to sky and said will send engineer ti look at the blue boxes in 2 days . Not good enough and no engineers available for 13 days . Nit acceptable what's going on
