All that we can guess with everywhere in the North West suffering and its affecting other isp's is there is a major outage from greater manchestes, liverpool, preston etc and isp's will not be updated until the issue is fixed

My internet connection and phone line has been down my daughter is really poorly so not been able to contact anyone and also they can't do they're homework and I can't do my things from work online!

Broadband connection is not working all day today it came back on twice and went back off again twice and is still off now.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Hi, I have orange lights on internet and voice, hence I've no internet or wifi.
I have turned power off, reset router, unplugged phone line, but nothing has worked.

Same thing has happened to me. However my landline phone is still not working and I have one orange light on the modem. Can anyone sugget what to do? Thank you.
