All that we can guess with everywhere in the North West suffering and its affecting other isp's is there is a major outage from greater manchestes, liverpool, preston etc and isp's will not be updated until the issue is fixed

My internet has been down since early this morning

My internet connection and phone line has been down my daughter is really poorly so not been able to contact anyone and also they can't do they're homework and I can't do my things from work online!

Broadband issues

Internet still down in Bolton BL3 area  since this morning came on for a few hours and gone again.

@Kimntheo Whereabouts are you, there has been widespread outages in certain areas of the county affecting multiple ISP's and exchanges?

No Broadband

Broadband connection is not working all day today it came back on twice and went back off again twice and is still off now.

Wifi not working

What is happening no wifi no tv been off since i got up at 7am.

Cannot connect to the internet for work.

ARE WE GOING TO BE COMPENSATED.

Where are you? Manchester / Cheshire / other parts of North West have a large outage.

Where are you? There has been a large outage in Cheshire / Manchester areas. See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

No internet

Hi, I have orange lights on internet and voice, hence I've no internet or wifi. 
I have turned power off, reset router, unplugged phone line, but nothing has worked.

Same thing has happened to me. However my landline phone is still not working and I have one orange light on the modem. Can anyone sugget what to do? Thank you.

@Mark+and+paula Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
