Internet dowb

My Internet is down in the Enfield area again how when using the step guide it says everything if fine. Please fix this

Mines also down but checker on Sky app says its fine beyond stupid

Speed is terrible against how it used to be

I suppose it will depend on what package and service your on

 

CF - 5G speed is higher than what is stated but my backup link openreach suffers due to over provisioning by openreach on the exchange so slow speeds but only there for when needed

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
