Wi fi is not working

So fi won't work, on any device when connecting it states no WiFi signal

WiFi is down, service checker says it's fine, it's clearly not despite turning in & off again numerous times

Go the same issue. Service checker says all fine but only got two green lights in the box and an orange at the end. Tried restarting and still the same issue.

My WiFi has gone down in the havering area despite the my sky app saying there is no issues.

Same problem in RG17 area wifi is working but unable to connect to internet through the hub
