This past week our internet has been cutting off and on back again consistently I'd say at least 10 15 times usually in the evening / night time. This been happening every day this week.

Find out moreIs this for all devices or just certain devices? are you able to connect any devices via a wired connection. this is to help eliminate wifi issues, have you tried changing your wifi channel it could be that a neighbour has had a new router and is on the same wifi channel causing an overlap.

Thank you, I have tried changing the wifi channel and also plugged a laptop into the ethernet directly.
Speed remains poor, dropouts better but that was the case last night before any channel changes/ethernet test.

Please try going to https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/broadband/checks
This will do a basic check to see if there are any issues. Could be an issue with the line, is the router plugged directly into the master socket (first socket into the house) or via an extension ?
I would also unplug any phones to rule out interferance.
