Smart plugs need 2.4ghz

Hi all

im trying to connect my smart plugs to my hub. When I go into the page to rename them the user name admin and my WiFi password don't work. It won't allow me to sign in. I've tried sky as a password too but that doesn't work either.
Any suggestions or anyone know other passwords to sign in. Tried the initial details before I changed it to my password but that didn't work either. Should have said I renamed the network and password already but that was some time ago.

@Kellymcn these are the instructions for splitting wifi bands Split Sky WiFi bands

Note if at all possible use a device connected by ethernet rather than wifi to make the change. Apple devices running ios have issues with saving changes so avoid using those.

@Kellymcn

Admin login is as follows;

Username: admin

Password: sky OR your default WiFi password which is printed on the hub.

If you changed the admin password and cant remember it then hold the reset button on the rear of the hub for a minimum of 20 seconds
