Internet constantly dropping out

Hi, My internet connection is dropping out multiple times daily, every time I do the sky app check it says there is no issues. This has been happening for months now.

My Internet fails multiple times a day, I do a connection test amd it says everything is fine but it's not. I'm so fed up of the treatment I've received I've now left sky. You can get much better deals and get to speak to a real person which helps a lot.

@G8merD4dAre you restarting the router with the amont of up time being less than an hour or is the router doing this itself?

I had to reset the router to be able to log in.

It's usually the mornings when it's worse but it will just randomly drop out.
