My internet keeps dropping, seems to be worse in the morning so happens abouyt every hour. Need to disconnect the wifi option on laptop/device and then reconnect or just leave it and works in about 5 minutes. This happened about 5 years ago and after a new microfilter it seemed to resolve itself. WHY IS THERE NO DIRECT CONTACT TO SOMEONE AT SKY?
