My Wifi keeps dropping out every time a phone call goes in or out.
The problem is also a scratching hash type of noise when talking to people while on the phone. I thought it was the old phone I had and switched to a new one I bought. It is still the same. I am getting nothing and all internet goes off for a minute after the call stops. It makes the audio on the handset noisy and hard to hear. Sometimes the call just drops.
We are hacing service upgrades in the area thanks to Openreach but it has been doing this prior to the start of the upgrades. It has been nearly a year of this and today it has dropped more than ever to the point where phones says connected but no internet.
Any help will be grateful

Hi,
Your home phone will usually be running in similar bands (radio frequencies) to work, such as 2.4ghz. The band is split into channels of different frequencies, and the channel your Wi-Fi router is using is likely putting it into a clash with your phone. Simple fix! There may be a newer version of this article, or god forbid.. sky will be of help 😉

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@qwrbrbrl if your phone and hub both connect to a wall socket check thst you have a line filter in place for the hub and the phone if it is plu. Sky no longer provide these filters as most people have one but they are easy to buy. If you have one already it could be faulty.
