Internet cable to the house has snapped

Hi, no internet due to fault. Not sure if this is a sky or BT Openreach thing!

@Sarah454 unles ghe cable is a hazard call Sky as they will communicate with Openreach otherwise see https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety
