wifi max was my worst mistake!
I changed to wifi max thinking I'd get better value for money as I never had any issues with my Internet. what a mistake that was, it always disconnecting from my tv, it only works when it wants to. it's very gutting come on sky this is supposed to be your best Internet and it's rubbish! what exactly am I paying for!!??

@me2025 have you raised your issue with Sky? The package includes provision of extenders and visits from broadband engineers.
