Internet broadband

My Internet is not working the broadband is awful keeps disconnecting even with the extra wee box that I got from you so Internet can go to Every room. This does not happen I'm so disappointed with the service that I thinking of changing as I'm not getting a service that I have paid for

@Shauna9 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
