Internet completely disconnected.
So mid programme I get kicked out due to no Internet. Hub shoes all the proper lights yet can't get into any app, stick or other that needs Internet. Unplug the hub to reset etc. Powers up again and low and behold Amber light for Internet. Use the sky app to test my connectio and boom it says all is as it should be however there are no devices connected to this fully working hub. Few more times unplugging and a reset and still all seems fine on the app even when the hub is completely unplugged from the mains and not even on!!!!! I 👃💩 sky. Why pay for a service you aren't getting. Ps there has been ongoing issues in the last 6 months and 2 visits from engineers telling me everything is as it should be.

My internet went off while I was watching Disney plus I had the first 3rd and a amber light. Went on my sky said I had a issue locally and sky was aware. I phoned sky 2nd march to be told it was a local issue and the engineers would be working on it. I'm hoping it will be sorted very quick as this isn't the first time it's happened
