Internet and voice keeps dropping

My internet and voice indicator on my hub keeps dropping to amber. It's been happening intermittently for a week now.

@PaulWorcester Run the diagnostic service first.

Thanks for replying. I've already checked the status of broadband and wi fi and it's saying 'Good' as it has on all previous occasions it's gone down.

@PaulWorcester What hub do you have from sky! Should be the Broadband hub from your description, see if you can post you stat's from the Tips link.
