As can be seen in the huge forum thread from last night therexwas a major outage affecting areas in the West including Cheltenham. This was sorted around 1am so if you live in that general area that was the probable cause of issues last night However with the current storm and just the normal number of fault reports it is certain customers in other areas has issues unrelated to the main issue. If your service is still down this morning then run the service checker . No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com to see if tells you its a known fault if not call Sky to report the issue their lines should be open by 8am
