how do we speak to sky?

Yeah same , run a test and says no problems with Internet connection , but keeps stopping

Ours has dropped out too, tried rebooting the hub but nothing. Status from sky says no issues??

My router keeps flashing green then red then back to green only activated 4 days ago! Now I have no WiFi

Same here - says no issues but broadband test says it's not available at the moment

Ours has gone as well but it says it can't run the tests on my broadband and to try again later

No internet either, run the test and says it's unable to do the check at this time.

Mine is the same has dropped out and no sky glass .sky says there is no connection issue in my area but there obviously is!!

Same here, went down at approx 8:30pm, and service checker is unavailable (typical). This has only started happening in the past couple of months.
