Persistent WiFI disconnection
WiFi persistently disconnects, despite checking all cables are connected on router. I have noticed disconnections happening after anyone walks past the router.

Re: Persistent WiFI disconnection
@Kareen73 do the lights on the Sky hub change indicate a loss of connection to the line see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start? If they do it does sound like a lose connection or a faulty router you should ask Sky to check out.
However if the lights stay the same but devices pause etc it could simply be poor wifi signal which will lose strength if someone is between the device and the hub especially if close to the hub. All of us are roughly 75% water shich will affect WiFi signals. The low power microwave transmissions WiFi uses do pass through people but lose power. If thst could be the problem ideally move ythe hub higher or away from a high traffic area.
