Intermittent wifi

Hi

 

We have been suffering with intermittent WiFi outages for the past month.  We recently renewed our sky subscription and at that time your tech team ran tests but found nothing wrong.  We were told if it kept happening, sky would arrange an engineer visit.  This would be much appreciated as we are currently paying for broadband that we can not use.
