Internet

My fibre has no internet connection been doing this ever since I cancelled sky q not all happy been wondering if I could get some impartial help,have done everything according to sky help or do I just report sky

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Done all that every time it's rubbish I have a modem that works way better all the promises go up in smoke should have realised they only want your money

3 pm and internet goes down again that's everyday since I cancelled sky q please tell me it a coincidence not
