Intermittent signal

I messaged last week and never got a response. Before the outages thus house was having wifi issues. WhatsApp, certain streaming services, Roblox, xbox arenr able to get online. I've reset, unplugged, disconnected from WiFi and logged back in, cleared caches, restarted devices, left the Internet off for a while, prayed to all the gods and nothing. I've had to buy more date for my phone as I can't use it on wifi whilst at home. I work from home, so this isn't ideal. My 9 and 13-year-old kids are thinking about moving out because they've lost the will to live at mine because they haven't been able to het online, play their games, do school homework or talk to family abroad. There is clearly an issue, even though all the checks I do say everything is great. Help needed thank you @skycustomerservices
