Discussion topic: No lights on openreach hub box

No lights on openreach hub box


As above no lights on the hub box. Unplugged, plugged back in. Tried 3 different sockets but still no lights on the open reach box. Followed all the steps needed. Didn't know if I was missing a trick? 
I work from home currently so it's going to be a bit tricky.

@Tablet88 you need to report this failure to Sky so they can get Openreach to come out and replace the ONT or its power supply. To make thst easy I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

You are buying a domestic service the fact you choose to use that to work from home does not give you any priority unfortunately. It will normally be at least two or three days before an engineer appointment can be arranged.
