Router Set Up

Ok My broadband is not yet activated till monday.

But I am wondering am I able to power the new router up without connecting it to the DSL Line of the house.

Then been able to change the Router Name and password to the same as mine now so when i switch over i wont need to alter any setting on any devices in the house?  If so what the address to access the router pls?

If it's a new white Max Hub then I don't think that's going to be possible because the administration tabs probably won't have populated in the My Sky app.

For a black Sky Broadband Hub the IP address is 192.168.0.1

The admin settings take about 24-48hrs to appear in the My Sky app so it depends if you can do without changing your SSID for that long.

Your account needs to be active with a broadband connection.
