Intermittent WiFi connection for 1 week

Our WiFi has been intermittent for about 1 week now. We've reset the WiFi router, but it keeps losing the connection. The orange middle router light turns orange, then after a number of minutes it turns green again. All cable connections on the WiFi router are as they should be. Regards Richard Hughes

I'm not able to get past the request for user name and password. I've tried admin and sky, and admin and my router password

@Richard105  I did ask in my previous post what router you have from Sky. Thus I can tell you the combo you need to get in.

@Richard105If you are talking about the Sky broadband hub. then the username is " admin " without the quotes and your Wi-Fi password unless you have changed the password to login to the router.

@Richard105  If that is not working try and hold the reset button in for 30 seconds and see if it works then.

If you are trying to do it with an Apple device then try a non apple device or at least not Safari.
