Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Richard105If you are talking about the Sky broadband hub. then the username is " admin " without the quotes and your Wi-Fi password unless you have changed the password to login to the router.

@Highlinder tried both, but it's not accepting either, so it must have been changed

@Highlinder thanks the 30 second reset worked with the password on the back of the router. Here is the text copied and pasted from the maintenance tab....
