Intermittent Internet connection

For the last week I have having Internet connection problems the router goes off and then comes back on, I have rebooted it three times and still no different

@stedurkin if your Sky hub is dropping the connection (ie the lights on the hub change as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) then there is a possible line issue.if you run the service checker innthe My Sky app if it msy offer to book an engineer to check your line.

 

If it doesnt then you can call Sky but shether they can get Openreach to take action will depend in the number of linecdrops and how long they have been happening as the automatic line management systems are designed to stabilise the line by slightly reducing speeds and engineers are only deployed where that has not worked.
