No internet for 24 hours

I have tried resetting and checking phone lines but I can't seem to get the internet light to come on on router and as a result have limited services. I try to go through the motions on the services checker page but it just tells me I already have an engineer booked (that's for the fibre broadband on the 19th September) no way I can last till then without internet. Completely and utterly frustrating considering how much you pay for sky.

@Shonz87 you will have to call Sky to report the current fault. However if your old service has been diconnected prematurely which does happen occasionally you are essentially stuck as it is almost impossible to get it restored where a new order is in the system. Let us hope it's a line fault which Sky can get Openreach to fix. 

Note Sky often have very limited ability to get Openreach to take action so dont blame the agent you talk to they can only do what the system allows.
