Have you tried removing the power of your Sky Glass TV.

Then do a clean restart of your router, either from your router online menu or do a power restart.

Only power up the Sky Glass TV, once the router is back up.

Sometimes with an intermittent drop in a router connection, the router may not have come back cleanly.

Hi @Linny71

Seems to be a bit of a bug. Just to check who is your ISP? And do you have WiFi switched off in the network settings?

@Linny71

Have moved this to the broadband section.

Hopefully someone can help you here resolve your broadband connection drops.

Might help, if you could list the broadband package you are on and what Sky hub you have?
