Over the past month, my home broadband connection has been dropping out several times a day. Spoke to Sky Service team who ran lots of tests and sent me 2 replacement broadband routers, none of which solved my issue.
Was reading another discussion on this forum about a similar situation and they said to power down all the "extras" connected to your broadband system. First one I disconnected was the external CCTV security system and hey presto my broadband is back to normal.
