Interent running very slowly

Hi, when we first got sky internet it was fine. However over the past week it has been ridiculously slow to the point games can't be joined on the xbox and films can't be downloaded to watch as its running too slowly. Is there anyway this can be checked and sorted please? I've just ran the online checker and it says everything is fine but it's obviously not. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Carrie.

We've been with sky for over a year now and the last 6 weeks we have had nothing but problems. Slow internet, Can't connect to our multi box upstairs, kids gaming is lagging! 

I've had some one from Sky out & they replaced the box & it's still not working 😡 

 

All that money we spend and the service has been shocking! 

 

SKY SORT IT OUT!
