Poor wifi coverage in certain areas of the house

My router is in the front room where the socket is cited. I have superfast broadband and sky boost yet at the rear of the house the signal is poor and doesn't work in the diagonal opposite corner from the router.

Is there a way to further boost the signal so reach the rear of the house and to allow the garden lights to operate on the wifi. My signal performance has never been great but over the last few months it is deteriorating. Any advice would be welcome, thanks.

@Andyrolfe thst is a very common problembut if you are paying for boost then give Sky a call and ask for a booster which if plsced halfway between the hub and the rooms not getting a signal should help. Dont be tempted to place the booster in the distant room as the speed the booster can provide depends on its connection to the hub.

WiFi in the garden is always difficult due to thick external walls and are never part of any guarantee from ISPs. Having a booster near a window can help

I have no coverage in the upper floor of my house. This has only happened recently. I think I am paying for broadband boost. What else can I do

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
