Incorrect WiFi speeds

We've recently got a new WiFi hub and which was supposed to have speeds of 63mbps* download and when you do the tests via the Sky app it will show these numbers. However it's clear that these speeds are incorrect as ever other site will show 25-30 and it drops every few minutes.

Again we've just moved to this service 2 days ago so this is completely unacceptable

Also note that it can take 14 days for a part fibre connection to optimise its speed
