We've connected the broadband to our fire tv but it just keeps coming up with no internet. We've disabled sky shield but still no luck.

@Chloe226 Is the fire tv able to see the Wi-Fi name and when connected does it ask to do a speed test?

I went into device and software on my fire tv and restarted the tv and that seemed to fix the issue
