You'll need to telephone Sky directly to cancel the contract.

Usually if you are moving to another openreach isp they will take over the line

Call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone if you are not staying within openreach isp's

----------------------------------------------------
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

If you still need broadband on the same network, eg: BT Openreach then a migration to a new ISP to reduce the likelihood of downtime and keep it to the minimum is done. For migrations, you only need to contact the new ISP and they arrange everything when on the BT Openreach network.
