Our router has stopped working (no lights) and I filled in a Sky form for a replacement router about a month ago and have not heard or received anything back. Who can I contact to get a replacement router please?

If you already have a Sky Mobile or you can use your Sky Talk landline and call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
