@LGconway You cannot negotiste prices using the forum.
Best advice is to shop ,around to see what competiitors are offering and call Sky to see if yhey will match it. However if you are still in the fixed contract term Sky wont normally shift on price. There is a price increase announced for April which Sky will shortly send you a message about and you will have 31 days from that message to change isp without paying a penalty
