WiFi issues

Every day since Sunday my WiFi has stopped working , same time every day and reconnects by itself hours later. Tried to manually reconnect to Q box there is a message that's says "there seems to be a problem with your broadband" 

called sky yesterday and they can't find anything apparently and are sending an engineer on Friday. Is anyone else having this issue ?

Does anything else switch off or on at the same time this is happening?

Electrical appliances especially those linked to the broadband. Ie; smart heating, ev charger.

Hi , I don’t have any smart related items apart from the TV itself but the WiFi doesn't work on that either nor does it on iPhone. Yesterday it had a solid amber light on the routers middle light (WiFi) it doesn't have today but still isn't working.
