I currently have Sky TV in my main home (which I can see online), i recently purchased a second home and installed Sky Broadband. The email address is the same but when i login to my account i cannot see the broadband, so how do i access my account online

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will likely have a different account number for the broadband in the different address. I am not sure whether you can sync 2 account numbers with one Sky ID so you may need to create a new Sky ID for the broadband in the 2nd home.
