I have no broadband access since last week, I made an appointment with the technician for 11/07 from 08:00 to 13:00, but without success, and waiting to be answered, they didn't give me any answer or call until today , 11/08 , 16:17, and of course, the installments are up to date. I want a solution as soon as possible.
