I have just had sky installed and the most recent hub won’t connect to my T.V wirelessly nor printer

Can anyone advise. I have dropped security setting to level 2 as instructed by Sky but the T.V ans printer still won't connect. I only live in a 2 bed bungalow and they are in the adjacent room to the box.

How far do you get in connecting your TV? Any error messages?
