@loughsheelin20   How is your PC connected to your router?  Over wifi?

Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@loughsheelin20 Sky's minimum speed guarantee only applies to speeds to the hub not tomthe device. The srrvice checker in the My Sky app will show the current spedd your hub is connected at if you click on the broadband link you will see tgecrecent history and the guaranteed minimum speed.

Assuming that is as it should be thecslow soeeds to your PC is either down to a slow network connection in your home which is likely if you are using WiFi or simply the bandwidth not being used by other devices at the time you ran thectest.
