So have an echo dot which connects fine. Tried to connect echo 2nd gen but it will not recognise Wi-Fi password? Turned off router and back on again. Turned off echo etc numerous times - have seen reply about splitting broadband but when I go to use admin sky login and password it doesn't work?

If you also wish to split your Wi-Fi here is the directions to do this in the link below.

And don't use Safari on an iThing to try to get access to the settings.

Hi - was this issue ever resolved?
I've got the new sky router so access via 'admin' and wifi password. I've split the channels, rebooted both the router and the amazon echo 2nd gen several times but I'm still getting the incorrect password error.
Thanks
