Hi guys, it's the day after the activation day and I've yet to receive an SMS to tell me it is activated.
I have received the Sky Router, but I do not have a ADSL Microfilter. In the instruction book it says I don't need one. Im guessing this might be the issue.
However, if it is not, does anyone know the issue?

Then you do need a microfilter/broadband splitter. You should be able to get one for a few pounds from pc world, currys , argos and even some local convenience stores

Ok, I have installed an Adsl filer but I still have an orange light and no internet.

I'll give them a call now. See what's occurring. Guessing a problem at the exchange if it's not this side.
