Yes l have had a better broadband fitted this morning and have come to use my phone and nothing at all you can phone in but not out what has the engineer done it was working this morning

@Yvonne71 What was the change, is the phone now plugged into the back off the sky Hub where before it was not? Also are you talking about your landline phone?
